5. Governance Framework Licensing

The MAEGM seven-layer governance architecture is intended for open-source release under Apache 2.0 licensing, currently in preparation. Until formal licensing is published, the framework documentation is provided for evaluation purposes only. The platform implementation (MyBiz) remains proprietary.

Access to the MAEGM SDK beta program is provided as-is, without warranty. Beta participants agree that SDK outputs are for development and testing purposes only. BWR Group Canada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SDK beta at any time.

Access to The Vault (gated content) and The Briefcase (government portal) is provided on an invitation-only basis. Users who access these areas agree to maintain confidentiality of all materials presented. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or disclosure of materials is strictly prohibited.

8. AI Advisory Limitation

All AI systems referenced on this website operate in an advisory-only capacity. No AI output from any BWR Group Canada product or service can override, replace, or equal human decision-making authority. This is a constitutional constraint of the MAEGM architecture, not a configurable setting.
